A quick and easy recipe for mini corn dogs made in an air fryer.

- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 10 mini hot dogs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk and egg to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Insert mini hot dogs into the batter until coated.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the coated mini corn dogs in the basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.

- For extra crunch, you can coat with breadcrumbs before air frying.
