- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slider buns
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Assemble sliders: place a meatball on each bun, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella.
- Return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
- Serve warm.
