Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, poppy seeds, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine yogurt, oil, egg, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Preheat the air fryer at 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
  5. Line muffin cups with liners and fill them with the batter.
  6. Place the muffin cups in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
