A delicious tangy dessert recipe for lemon bars made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, melted butter, and salt until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of an air fryer-safe pan.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, lemon juice, powdered sugar, and baking powder.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the crust.
- Carefully place the pan in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool before slicing into squares.
Notes
- Use fresh lemon juice for better flavor.
- Let the bars cool completely for easier slicing.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
