Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, melted butter, and salt until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of an air fryer-safe pan.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, lemon juice, powdered sugar, and baking powder.
  5. Pour the lemon mixture over the crust.
  6. Carefully place the pan in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing into squares.
