Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bunch of kale, washed and dried
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
- Remove the stems from the kale and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
- Place the kale in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness, and if needed, air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
