Ingredients
Scale
- 1 bunch of kale
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and dry the kale leaves thoroughly.
- Remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, toss the kale with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and nutritional yeast.
- Place the kale in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness; cook longer if needed.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
