A simple vegetarian recipe for air fryer jalapeno poppers.

- 10 jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- Coat the stuffed jalapenos with bread crumbs.
- Place jalapenos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding or reducing jalapeno seeds.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
