- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the salmon fillets with the marinade.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, until salmon is cooked through.
- Brush with extra marinade before serving.
