Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes.
  2. Rinse the grated potatoes in cold water.
  3. Drain and squeeze out excess moisture.
  4. In a bowl, mix grated potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Spread the potato mixture in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
