- 2 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut potatoes into fry shapes.
- In a bowl, toss fries with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Once golden, remove from the fryer and sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
