Crispy air fryer garlic parmesan crusted chicken fillet.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg and add olive oil.
  4. Dip each chicken fillet in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
