Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the coated chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
