Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
 - In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
 - Add the chicken chunks to the bowl and coat them evenly with the mixture.
 - Thread the chicken onto skewers.
 - Place the skewers in the air fryer basket.
 - Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through.
 - Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
