A quick and easy air fryer garlic flatbread recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add olive oil and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes on a floured surface.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
- Roll each part into a flatbread shape.
- Mix garlic and parsley. Brush over each flatbread.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place flatbreads in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Adjust garlic amount to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Flatbreads can be frozen for later use.
