Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add olive oil and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes on a floured surface.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
  5. Roll each part into a flatbread shape.
  6. Mix garlic and parsley. Brush over each flatbread.
  7. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  8. Place flatbreads in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  9. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
