Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine steak bites, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Melt butter in a pan and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Pour garlic butter over steak bites and mix well.
- Place steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, marinate steak for 30 minutes before cooking.
