Description
Delicious air fryer fruit tartlets made with a flaky crust and fresh fruits.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 cup mixed fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, etc.)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in egg yolk and cold water to form a dough.
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut into small circles.
- Press the circles into tartlet molds.
- Mix cream cheese and honey in a bowl.
- Fill the tartlet shells with cream cheese mixture.
- Top with mixed fresh fruits.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Place tartlets in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use any seasonal fruits for topping.
- Store leftover tartlets in the fridge.
