Description

Delicious air fryer fruit tartlets made with a flaky crust and fresh fruits.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. Stir in egg yolk and cold water to form a dough.
  4. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into small circles.
  6. Press the circles into tartlet molds.
  7. Mix cream cheese and honey in a bowl.
  8. Fill the tartlet shells with cream cheese mixture.
  9. Top with mixed fresh fruits.
  10. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  11. Place tartlets in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
  12. Let cool before serving.
