A quick and easy recipe for fried rice made in an air fryer.

- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cooked rice, mixed vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Beat the eggs and add them to the rice mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
