Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken legs in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat in flour mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
