  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon (optional for extra flavor)

Instructions

  1. Select the right potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into even-sized sticks.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potato sticks with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the seasoned fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Once golden-brown and crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces.
