Delicious air fryer falafel wrap bites perfect for a quick snack or meal.
Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Small tortillas
- Hummus for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a blender, combine chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, and flour.
- Blend until smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Place the falafel balls in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan.
- Spread hummus on each tortilla and add falafel balls.
- Wrap and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Serve with your favorite sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
