Delicious air fryer falafel wrap bites perfect for a quick snack or meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • Small tortillas
  • Hummus for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a blender, combine chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, and flour.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Place the falafel balls in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Warm the tortillas in a pan.
  8. Spread hummus on each tortilla and add falafel balls.
  9. Wrap and serve immediately.
