Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
- Form dough into small balls, about 1 inch in size.
- Place the donut holes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and coat with powdered sugar.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Store leftover donut holes in an airtight container.
