Crispy air fryer deviled eggs with a flavorful filling.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs in the air fryer basket.
  2. Set the air fryer to 270°F (130°C) and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove the eggs and place them in ice water for 5 minutes.
  4. Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
  5. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  6. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  7. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  8. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
