Description

A quick and easy recipe for deviled eggs using an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in the air fryer basket.
  2. Set the temperature to 270°F (130°C) and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove eggs and place in an ice bath for 5 minutes.
  4. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
  6. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and salt to the yolks and mix well.
  7. Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  8. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
