Crispy cucumber chips made in an air fryer for a guilt-free snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers thinly.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Toss cucumber slices in the mixture until coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place cucumber slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove when crispy and let cool.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
