- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 oz crab meat, drained
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.
- Take a wonton wrapper and place a teaspoon of filling in the center.
- Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper over to form a triangle.
- Press the edges to seal tightly.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spray the crab rangoon with cooking spray.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Do not overfill the wonton wrappers.
- Make sure to seal the edges well to prevent filling from leaking.
