Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Fold egg whites into coconut mixture gently.
- Add flour and mix until combined.
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Form small balls with the mixture and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- For extra flavor, add chocolate drizzle on top.
