Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs.
  4. Press the chicken into the coconut mixture until well coated.
  5. Place chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
