Description
This is a simple recipe to make delicious air fryer chocolate peanut butter cups.
Ingredients

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Cupcake liners
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips in a bowl.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner.
- Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate in each liner.
- Cover the peanut butter with more melted chocolate.
- Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use dark or milk chocolate based on preference.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
