This air fryer chocolate lava cake is a rich and gooey dessert with a molten center.

- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl.
- Stir in powdered sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs and egg yolk, mixing until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Grease ramekins and pour batter evenly into them.
- Place ramekins in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but the center is soft.
- Let cool for 1-2 minutes before inverting onto plates.

- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream for extra flavor.
