A quick and easy recipe for delicious air fryer chocolate donuts.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Transfer the batter to a piping bag and fill donut molds.
- Place molds in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes.
- Allow donuts to cool before removing from molds.
Notes
- Donuts can be glazed or dusted with powdered sugar.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- You can substitute buttermilk with yogurt.
