- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the bananas into bite-sized pieces.
- Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each banana slice into the melted chocolate.
- If using, sprinkle crushed nuts on top of the chocolate-coated banana slices.
- Place the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
