Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix parsley, red wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to make chimichurri sauce.
  2. Marinate chicken breasts in chimichurri sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 15-18 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
