A quick and easy recipe for air fryer chicken tikka.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tikka masala
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, tikka masala, lemon juice, garlic powder, ginger powder, and salt.
- Add chicken cubes and coat well with the marinade.
- Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spice level to your preference.
- Serve with naan or rice.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
