Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated chicken strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken strips.
- For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
