- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fajita seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Flour tortillas
- Toppings: salsa, sour cream, cheese
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, fajita seasoning, and salt.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve on tortillas with your choice of toppings.
Notes

- Use any color of bell pepper.
