Description
Delicious air fryer cheesy taco bombs filled with seasoned meat and gooey cheese.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then add taco seasoning.
- Roll out the biscuit dough and flatten each piece.
- Add a spoonful of beef mixture and cheese to the center of each dough piece.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal it.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the taco bombs in the basket and spray the tops with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve with salsa or guacamole.
- Experiment with different fillings.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
