Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter.
  4. Place the battered florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Spray with cooking spray and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove and toss in buffalo sauce.
  7. Return to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dip.
