- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter.
- Place the battered florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray with cooking spray and cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove and toss in buffalo sauce.
- Return to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dip.

- Adjust the spiciness by using mild or hot buffalo sauce.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free flour.
