- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast.
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into each chicken breast pocket.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the stuffed chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
- Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
