Crispy air fryer buffalo tofu bites with a spicy kick.
Ingredients

- 16 oz firm tofu
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Dredge each tofu cube in the flour mixture.
- Dip the coated tofu in buffalo sauce, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the tofu bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and toss in more buffalo sauce if desired.
Notes
- Use extra-firm tofu for best results.
- Adjust buffalo sauce quantity to suit your spice preference.
- Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
