Ingredients

  • 16 oz firm tofu
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  4. Dredge each tofu cube in the flour mixture.
  5. Dip the coated tofu in buffalo sauce, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the tofu bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and toss in more buffalo sauce if desired.
