Crispy and spicy buffalo cauliflower wings made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter.
  4. Place the battered florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
  7. Once cooked, toss cauliflower wings in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  8. Return to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes.

Notes

  • Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.
  • Adjust spice level by using mild or hot buffalo sauce.
