Description
Crispy and spicy buffalo cauliflower wings made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter.
- Place the battered florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Once cooked, toss cauliflower wings in the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Return to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes.
Notes
- Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.
- Adjust spice level by using mild or hot buffalo sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
