Description
Crispy and spicy buffalo cauliflower bites made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat cauliflower florets in the flour mixture.
- Dip the coated florets in buffalo sauce.
- Roll the florets in breadcrumbs to coat.
- Place the florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by using mild or hot buffalo sauce.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
