Crispy and spicy air fryer buffalo cauliflower bites.
Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Dip each cauliflower floret in the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and toss with buffalo sauce.
- Return to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by using mild or hot buffalo sauce.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
