- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled

- 1/4 cup diced onions
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, scramble the eggs and mix in the sausage, bell peppers, and onions.
- Place one tortilla in the air fryer basket.
- Spread the egg mixture over the tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Cover with the second tortilla.
