Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in cheese, bell peppers, and cooked meat.
  3. Warm tortillas in a microwave for 10 seconds.
  4. Divide the egg mixture among the tortillas.
  5. Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam side down.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Place burritos in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove and let cool for a minute before serving.
