Delicious air fryer breakfast burritos filled with eggs, cheese, and your choice of meat.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper.
- Stir in cheese, bell peppers, and cooked meat.
- Warm tortillas in a microwave for 10 seconds.
- Divide the egg mixture among the tortillas.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam side down.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place burritos in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool for a minute before serving.
Notes
- You can use any type of cheese.
- Customize with your favorite vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
