A simple recipe for delicious air fryer blueberry muffins.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, oil, and egg.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the blueberries gently.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Spoon the batter into muffin cups and place them in the basket.
- Air fry for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
- Make sure to not overmix the batter.
- You can use frozen blueberries if fresh ones are not available.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
