Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, oil, and egg.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the blueberries gently.
  6. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  7. Spoon the batter into muffin cups and place them in the basket.
  8. Air fry for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
