Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
- In the last 2 minutes, brush BBQ sauce over the meatballs.
- Remove from air fryer and serve with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
