Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. In the last 2 minutes, brush BBQ sauce over the meatballs.
  7. Remove from air fryer and serve with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
