Crispy and flavorful air fryer bang bang salmon bites.
Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge salmon pieces in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with the bang bang sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Adjust spiciness by changing the amount of sriracha.
- Ensure salmon is cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
