Delicious air fryer banana bread muffins that are easy to make and perfect for breakfast or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas and melted butter.
  3. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
  4. Mix in baking soda and salt.
  5. Add flour and mix until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into muffin cups or silicone molds.
  7. Place the molds in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

  • Make sure the bananas are ripe for better flavor.
  • You can add nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
  • Let the muffins cool before removing from the molds.
