Delicious air fryer banana bread muffins that are easy to make and perfect for breakfast or snacks.

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas and melted butter.
- Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Mix in baking soda and salt.
- Add flour and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into muffin cups or silicone molds.
- Place the molds in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
- Make sure the bananas are ripe for better flavor.
- You can add nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Let the muffins cool before removing from the molds.
