Instructions

- Chop the mixed nuts and combine with sugar and cinnamon.
- Layer phyllo dough, brushing each layer with melted butter.

- Roll the phyllo dough into bite-sized pieces.

- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, combine honey and water, simmer until slightly thickened.
- Drizzle the honey mixture over the baked bites.
