Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the avocados into thick slices.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg.
  5. Dip each avocado slice in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place the coated slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
