Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the avocados into thick slices.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the egg.
- Dip each avocado slice in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm avocados for best results.
